Ariane Crafts trademark

 

I was informed that Ariane Deco trademark in France has two months to oppose my trademark Ariane Crafts in Courts.

This is another problem to add to my cooking pan which is always full.

I suppose this world is for everyone and we all have to fit in, even when it seems unfair that I born Ariane, would have to have my first name removed from something I really love like my handmade crafts.

As I am working on another Georgia Summer handbag which takes literally ages, I ponder all this process of registration  of the trademark, parallel with my ongoing Design registration application for Georgia Summer handbags which also is being dragged since the 31st of May when the usual duration of the application is 15 days , and I wonder why me?

Never seem to have the answers for this but always follow the motto that the world is what it is.
